2. Account Registration and Management

Each player may register only one account at ux77. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, those accounts will be suspended and any active bonuses will be forfeited.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. ux77 may suspend any account opened with false information at any time, and funds in such accounts will not be paid out.
2.3 Account Security

3. Access and Eligibility Requirements
To use the ux77 platform, players must meet the following requirements—

- Participation on the platform must be voluntary and free from any disqualifying circumstances.
- ux77 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to play.

4. Deposits
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Protection

5. Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

6.2 VIP Rewards and Cashback
ux77 has three VIP tiers—
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.
Moving up from one tier to the next depends on ux77's review and your play history. ux77 may adjust the VIP reward structure at any time and will notify players in advance.
6.3 Bonus Forfeiture
If ux77 determines that a player has abused a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Depositing to claim a bonus and then immediately attempting to withdraw the deposit amount is considered bonus abuse.
6.4 Promotion Changes
ux77 may modify its promotions and bonus percentages at any time. Changes will be announced on the ux77 website.
7. Gameplay Policy
7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Payout Calculation
If a dispute arises between a player and ux77 regarding the accuracy of a payout, ux77's server records will be used as the reference, and those records serve as the final decision.
7.3 Connection Interruption
If your internet connection drops during a game, ux77's server will have already recorded the game result, and ux77 considers that result as accepted. ux77 is not responsible for any losses caused by connection issues.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at ux77—
- Depositing and withdrawing across multiple accounts with the intention of claiming bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
- Attempting to find and exploit technical vulnerabilities in ux77's gaming system (Exploitation).
- Entering into arrangements to manipulate the outcome of football matches (Match Fixing).
- Using the ux77 platform for money laundering or conducting illegal financial transactions.
- Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward ux77 staff, the Support Team, or other players.
- Renting out or selling your ux77 account to any third party.
If any of the above violations are found, ux77 will immediately suspend the player's account and may only return the verified actual deposit amount, excluding bonuses and winnings, after completing an investigation.
